Thanks for reading and taking the time to leave a positive comment. I still struggle with logical fallacies in general, but 'strawman' and 'false equivalency' have gotten pretty easy to spot at this point.

"What about" is usually a set up for a false equivalency.

Ex: "What about Black on Black crime?"

Me: "If a teacher is hitting kids, it's not comparable with students fighting. Police, like teachers, are in a position of power, and they are abusing it."
