This article brought up so many memories for me. I remember being afraid to utter the words 'I'm bored' growing up because that was a surefire way to end up with a scrub brush and a pale of hot bleach water, cleaning baseboards.

I know a lot of people who do their best problem solving when they're cleaning, my brother is one of them. I'm not. There is a huge social stigma for us Queens who don't love to clean, as evidenced by your comment section! Thanks for writing this, it was a really enjoyable read.
